Are you the type who can save and invest without any structure or obligation to? Or does it help if you have an asset that requires you to save monthly for your future? The right answer is the one that works for you. Personally, I’m choosing to continue renting at this stage in my life. I like moving around too often, I don’t want to deal with the maintenance of home ownership, and most importantly, I think I can build much more wealth investing in the market vs a home (and the data would agree).
